The Birth Plaque - to scale keepsake

The Birth Plaque is details of your babies birth, including date of birth, length, weight and time baby was born. The baby cut out is to the length your baby was born.  

We use the length provided. For example - if you add the length of 52cm the cut out will be 52cm.

This is currently a pre order item with a two week turn around.

Once purchase is made a preview will be emailed to you to double check all spelling and placement. This will be within 3-5 business days. Please keep an look out for this email. Item won't be made until preview has been confirmed. 

Birth details are in the bold font only unless requested otherwise. This section is etched and paint filled into the acrylic.

Baby and name is made from 3mm acrylic.

Backing is made from 3mm acrylic.

Arch measures 60cm x 40cm 

Oval measures 62cm x 38cm

8 base colour options / baby + text colour is white or black. * please note black does stand out more.

4 baby designs to choose from / baby can face left or right.
